2. Eligibility
OROA.com is intended for customers who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

Creating an account allows for a smoother shopping experience. If you choose to register, please ensure that your information is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us promptly.

4. Orders & Sales

4.1 Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. If an error is identified, we will contact you before proceeding and, if necessary, issue a full refund.

Product availability may change, particularly for imported or made-to-order items. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss next steps.

4.2 Payment
We accept major credit cards and wire transfers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

4.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it carefully and contact us within 24 hours if any details need correction.

4.4 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has shipped or entered transit from the vendor, cancellations are no longer possible and standard return policies apply.

4.5 Taxes
Sales tax is applied where required by law and calculated based on your shipping address.

4.6 Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard doorstep delivery for parcel and freight items. Shipping timelines vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier schedules. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may change.

Special delivery conditions such as stairs, limited access, or remote locations may result in additional fees. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. OROA is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

4.7 White Glove & In-Home Delivery
For large or delicate items, White Glove delivery is available and includes in-home placement and removal of packaging. Assembly services may be arranged by contacting our customer service team after checkout.

Please measure your space carefully before ordering. If an item cannot be delivered due to access limitations or sizing issues, return shipping and applicable fees may apply.

4.8 Delivery Acceptance & Inspection
Delivery confirmation, including carrier tracking, delivery receipts, or signed acknowledgments, serves as confirmation that an order has been received in acceptable condition unless damage is reported within the stated inspection period.

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours so we can assist you.

For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately if an issue is identified.

4.9 Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration may not be eligible for refund.

Custom orders, final sale items, and assembled products are not eligible for return. By placing an order for such items, you acknowledge and accept these conditions at checkout.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.

4.10 Customer Support & Resolution
If you experience any issues with your order, delivery, or product, we encourage you to contact our customer service team at support@oroa.com. We are committed to working with you in good faith to review concerns and reach a fair resolution whenever possible.

5. Product Variations
Many of our products are crafted using natural materials or handcrafted finishes. Variations in color, texture, grain, or finish are natural and part of the product’s character. Product images are provided for reference and may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches.

6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to port delays, customs inspections, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, natural disasters, or carrier-related delays. When possible, we will keep you informed and work to resume service promptly.

7. Commercial Use
Unless otherwise specified, our products are intended for residential use. Commercial or high-traffic use may affect product performance and warranty coverage.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on OROA.com, including images, text, and logos, is the property of OROA or its partners and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Website Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of our website or services as we evolve. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or system updates.
