An entirely unique accessory, made from naturally formed, hand-polished petrified wood, the Petrified Wooden Tray is ideal for adding a touch of character and flair to your interiors. Petrified wood is the result of permineralization which turns wood to stone. The process takes place when wood becomes buried under sediment or volcanic ash and is preserved due to a lack of oxygen. As a result, each of these decorative pieces are one-off product and will vary in appearance, some lighter, some darker, as the original wood grain dictates. Dimensions will also vary.
