However, items marked as "Open Box," "On Sale," "Final Sale," custom-made or assembled are non-returnable. To complete a return smoothly, your product must be unused and stored in the original packaging.

Yes. We provide free shipping on all US orders above $1500, excluding sale items. We currently do not offer free shipping to any location outside the contiguous United States.
